1

Introduction

Welcome to WIJHA.

At WIJHA, we believe trust begins with transparency. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") explain how the Platform works, the rights and responsibilities of everyone who uses it, and the role WIJHA plays in facilitating Hajj and Umrah bookings.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or using WIJHA, creating an Account, browsing Programs, or making a Booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2

About WIJHA

WIJHA is a digital marketplace that enables Pilgrims to discover, compare, and book Hajj and Umrah Programs offered by verified Partners.

The Platform provides technology that helps Pilgrims explore available Programs, compare offerings, complete Bookings, pay the required booking deposit, and communicate with Partners throughout the booking process.

WIJHA does not organize, operate, or deliver Hajj or Umrah Programs. Every Program available on the Platform is published, managed, and operated by an independent Partner.

The agreement for the provision of travel services is made directly between the Pilgrim and the Partner responsible for the selected Program. WIJHA is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the execution of the Program.

3

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • Account means a registered profile created by a Pilgrim or Partner to access the Platform.
  • Booking means a reservation request submitted by a Pilgrim for a Program through the Platform.
  • Partner means a verified company authorized to publish and operate Hajj and Umrah Programs through WIJHA and manage its Programs and Bookings using the Partner Portal.
  • Pilgrim means any individual using the Platform to browse, compare, or book Hajj and Umrah Programs.
  • Platform means the WIJHA website, the Partner Portal, and all related web-based services provided by WIJHA.
  • Program means a Hajj or Umrah package or travel service published by a Partner on the Platform.
  • Services means the marketplace services provided by WIJHA, including Program discovery, comparison, Booking facilitation, booking deposit processing, account management, and communication tools.
  • Verified Partner means a Partner that has successfully completed WIJHA's verification process by providing documentation demonstrating its legal authority to operate Hajj and Umrah travel services. Verification may include the review of government travel licenses, commercial registration, and documentation evidencing authorization to operate pilgrimage Programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Verification confirms a Partner's eligibility to participate on the Platform and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of the Partner's services or as creating liability for WIJHA regarding the execution of any Program.
4

Eligibility

To use WIJHA, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or otherwise have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an Account or making a Booking.
  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
  • Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities carried out through your Account.

5

The Role of WIJHA

WIJHA operates solely as a digital marketplace connecting Pilgrims with verified Partners.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, WIJHA:

  • Does not own or operate Hajj or Umrah Programs
  • Is not a travel agency or tour operator for the Programs listed on the Platform
  • Does not employ or supervise the personnel responsible for delivering Programs
  • Does not control the day-to-day operation or execution of Programs after a Booking has been accepted by the Partner

Partners remain solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of their Program information
  • Pricing and availability
  • Obtaining all required licenses and authorizations
  • Visa processing, where applicable
  • Accommodation, transportation, guides, and all other travel services included in the Program
  • Communicating with Pilgrims regarding the execution of the booked Program

While WIJHA takes reasonable steps to verify Partners before allowing them to publish Programs, WIJHA cannot guarantee the quality, suitability, availability, or performance of any Program. Responsibility for delivering the booked Program remains solely with the Partner.

Where appropriate, WIJHA may assist in facilitating communication between Pilgrims and Partners, particularly where technical issues, complaints, or unresolved disputes arise. Such assistance does not transfer responsibility for the execution of the Program from the Partner to WIJHA.

6

Creating an Account

Certain features of the Platform require you to create an Account.

When creating an Account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • Keep your contact information up to date.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Notify WIJHA immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your Account.

You may request the deletion of your Account at any time through the Platform. WIJHA may retain certain information where required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes, including the resolution of disputes, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.

7

Discovering & Comparing Programs

WIJHA enables Pilgrims to search, discover, and compare Hajj and Umrah Programs published by verified Partners.

Program information may include, where applicable:

  • Destination
  • Travel dates
  • Duration
  • Accommodation
  • Transportation
  • Included and excluded services
  • Visa information
  • Pricing
  • Availability
  • Partner information

WIJHA provides comparison tools to help Pilgrims evaluate different Programs. While WIJHA strives to present Program information clearly and accurately, each Partner is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, pricing, availability, and ongoing maintenance of its Program listings.

Availability displayed on the Platform is subject to change until the Partner accepts the Booking for processing.

8

Making a Booking

Booking through WIJHA is designed to be simple and transparent. After selecting a Program and paying the required booking deposit, your Booking is submitted to the selected Partner for review.

A Booking begins when a Pilgrim selects a Program and proceeds through the booking process on the Platform. If the booking process is not completed, the Booking may be saved as a draft within the Pilgrim's Account.

To submit a Booking for processing, the required booking deposit must be successfully paid through the Platform.

Once the booking deposit has been received, the Booking is submitted to the selected Partner and its Booking Status becomes Pending. During this stage, the Partner reviews the Booking and may request any additional information or documents required to process the Booking.

A Booking becomes Confirmed once the Partner has accepted the Booking for processing.

The remaining balance for the Program shall be paid in accordance with the payment instructions provided by the Partner, unless otherwise stated on the Platform.

If a Pilgrim does not provide the requested information or documents within a reasonable timeframe, the Partner may be unable to continue processing the Booking. In such cases, the Booking may be cancelled in accordance with the WIJHA Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Confirmation of a Booking does not transfer responsibility for the execution of the Program to WIJHA. The Partner remains solely responsible for delivering the booked Program.

9

Payments

To submit a Booking, Pilgrims are required to pay the booking deposit displayed during checkout using one of the payment methods made available on the Platform.

Unless otherwise stated on the Platform, the remaining balance is payable directly to the Partner in accordance with the Partner's payment instructions.

WIJHA facilitates the collection of booking deposits solely as part of its marketplace Services and does not receive those payments as the provider of the booked travel services.

Payment of the booking deposit allows the Booking to be submitted to the Partner for review. It does not, by itself, guarantee that the Booking will be confirmed.

Pilgrims are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction.

WIJHA is not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, payment gateways, card issuers, or other third-party payment service providers.

Any refunds relating to booking deposits shall be processed in accordance with the WIJHA Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10

Travel Documents

Certain Programs require Pilgrims to provide documentation necessary for travel, including passports, national identification documents, photographs, and any additional documents requested by the Partner or required by applicable authorities.

Pilgrims are encouraged to upload all required travel documents through the Platform as early as possible to help Partners process their Bookings efficiently. Pilgrims are responsible for ensuring that all submitted documents:

  • Are accurate and complete
  • Remain valid for the duration of the journey
  • Are submitted within the requested timeframes
  • Comply with the requirements communicated by the Partner

Failure to provide the required documents may delay the processing of a Booking, affect visa applications or other travel arrangements, or result in the cancellation of the Booking in accordance with the WIJHA Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11

Communication Between Pilgrims & Partners

WIJHA provides the Pilgrim and the Partner with access to each other's contact information to facilitate communication relating to the Booking.

These communications may include:

  • Payment of the remaining balance
  • Submission of required travel documents
  • Visa requirements
  • Accommodation and transportation arrangements
  • Pickup information
  • Itinerary updates
  • Other matters relating to the execution of the Program

Unless otherwise stated on the Platform, these communications take place directly between the Pilgrim and the Partner using the contact information made available through the Booking.

WIJHA encourages all communications relating to a Booking to remain respectful, accurate, and relevant to the booked Program.

Where a Partner becomes unresponsive or a dispute cannot reasonably be resolved between the parties, Pilgrims may contact WIJHA Support. Where appropriate, WIJHA may assist in facilitating communication; however, such assistance does not make WIJHA a party to the travel agreement or transfer responsibility for the execution of the Program from the Partner to WIJHA.

12

Reviews & Ratings

Pilgrims who have completed a verified Booking may be invited to submit a review of their experience.

Reviews help maintain the transparency and integrity of the Platform by allowing future Pilgrims to benefit from genuine travel experiences.

By submitting a review, Pilgrims confirm that it:

  • Is based on their own personal experience
  • Is accurate to the best of their knowledge
  • Does not contain false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content
  • Does not infringe the rights of any third party

WIJHA reserves the right to review, moderate, decline, or remove reviews that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or the integrity of the Platform.

Nothing in this section limits a Pilgrim's ability to contact WIJHA Support regarding concerns or complaints relating to a Booking.

13

Booking Status

To help Pilgrims understand the progress of their Booking, WIJHA displays the following Booking Statuses within the Platform:

  • Draft
  • Pending
  • Confirmed
  • Cancelled
  • Completed

Booking Statuses are provided for informational purposes only and reflect the progress of the Booking as communicated through the Platform.

A Booking Status does not modify the contractual relationship between the Pilgrim and the Partner, nor does it transfer responsibility for the execution of a Program to WIJHA.

WIJHA may update or refine the presentation of Booking Statuses from time to time, provided such changes do not materially affect the rights or obligations set out in these Terms.

14

Responsibilities of Pilgrims

By using the Platform, Pilgrims agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information
  • Submit valid travel documents and any additional information required to process their Booking
  • Review Program details carefully before making a Booking
  • Pay all applicable fees within the required timeframes
  • Comply with the Partner's reasonable travel requirements and instructions
  • Communicate respectfully with Partners and WIJHA
  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

Pilgrims are responsible for ensuring that they satisfy any passport validity, visa eligibility, vaccination, health, or other travel requirements applicable to their chosen Program, unless expressly stated otherwise by the Partner.

Pilgrims must not:

  • Create fraudulent or misleading Bookings
  • Impersonate another individual or organization
  • Provide false or inaccurate information
  • Misuse the Platform or attempt to interfere with its operation
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content
  • Submit false, misleading, or abusive reviews
  • Use the Platform in violation of any applicable law

Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of the Pilgrim's Account.

15

Responsibilities of Partners

Partners are solely responsible for the Programs they publish and operate through the Platform.

By offering Programs on WIJHA, each Partner represents and warrants that it:

  • Holds all licenses, registrations, permits, and authorizations required to legally operate Hajj and Umrah services in the jurisdictions where it conducts business
  • Maintains all approvals required to deliver the Programs it publishes
  • Provides accurate, complete, and up-to-date Program information
  • Clearly communicates pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and any other material conditions applicable to a Program
  • Updates Program availability in a timely manner
  • Communicates with Pilgrims regarding their Bookings in a timely and professional manner
  • Delivers the booked Program in accordance with the published itinerary and applicable laws

Partners remain solely responsible for:

  • Visa processing and related government requirements, where applicable
  • Accommodation arrangements
  • Transportation services
  • Tour operations
  • Customer service relating to the execution of the Program
  • Changes to itineraries
  • Cancellations initiated by the Partner
  • Refunds determined in accordance with the WIJHA Refund & Cancellation Policy

Partners shall not publish misleading, deceptive, unlawful, or inaccurate content on the Platform.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in the suspension or permanent removal of the Partner from WIJHA.
